Chef Gregory is a classically trained European chef with a remarkable pedigree, having been trained by the same chef who taught the renowned Wolfgang Puck in Germany. Since 1999, he has shared his culinary expertise, teaching cooking classes at prestigious venues like Sur la Table and Williams-Sonoma. With a teaching credential from Cal State University Long Beach, Chef Gregory has since been offering a wide range of cooking classes, from fundamentals to gourmet techniques, through the Orange County School of Culinary Arts and in private homes.
